The AIA Seminar “A “good” music inside and outside public entertainment venues and outdoors” organized in collaboration with the University of Catania will be held on April 14, 2025 at the Aula Magna “Oliveri”, located in Building 4 of the University Campus.
The Seminar, dedicated to young students, PhD students, researchers, public employees of local authorities, environmental protection agencies and professionals and regions, will bring together national experts of various geographical origins and professional skills, ranging from research centers to companies and freelancers, to discuss the latest innovations in the soundproofing and soundproofing of venues intended for public entertainment and areas that host outdoor shows, in light of the initiatives of local authorities and the consequent control activities, which have been activated in various Italian regions.
The event aims to share advanced knowledge and experiences in the field, exploring operational solutions and also discussing the disputes that arise from poor planning and management of venues and events.
The main objectives include: analyzing the critical acoustic issues related to the premises, promoting innovative solutions to reduce the acoustic impact and improve listening, encouraging the exchange of ideas between researchers and companies.
