During the AIA CD meeting of 5 June, the Board has rescheduled two AIA events whose date had already been extended due to the health emergency:
– the 47th AIA National Conference, scheduled in Matera from 23 to 25 September, will be held in Matera from 26 to 28 May 2021.
The assignment of the Giacomini and Sacerdote awards for the 2020 edition is confirmed by July 15 p.v. and the delivery of the award and the presentation of the works will be recalculated, in the presence, together with those of the 2021 edition. The Barducci award for the 2020 edition, however, will not be awarded.
– The seminar “The acoustics of the building envelope: from component certification to on-site verification”, Bari, 9 July 2020, will be held in Bari on 19 November 2020. In any case, on the date already scheduled for 9 July 2020 it will be organized a public online meeting on the AIA social channels where the speakers will present the program and the contents of the seminar.
The AIA Board, taking into account the various training and scientific disclosure needs of AIA Members, is defining a series of new events that will take place from September in webinar mode with the release of CFP credits or professional training activities for TCA.
A calendar of new AIA activities and those already planned and rescheduled for autumn 2020 will be communicated by the end of June.
