The calls for participation in the AIA AWARDS for the 2023 edition have been published.
The “AMEDEO GIACOMINI” award is aimed at young people, aged no more than 30 years, who have obtained a specialist degree with a thesis on acoustics topics in the calendar year 2022.
The “GINO G. SACERDOTE” award is aimed at young people, aged no more than 35 years, who have obtained the title of research doctor with a doctoral thesis on acoustics topics in the calendar year 2022.
The “ITALO BARDUCCI” award aims to encourage and enhance the activity and scientific production of young scholars and researchers engaged in the various fields of acoustics, promoting the research activities of PhD students and research fellows engaged in the field of acoustics at Italian universities or public research institutions.
The prize will be awarded to the best scientific paper presented as a poster at the 49th annual AIA National Conference (Ferrara, 7-9 June 2023) by research fellows or PhD students aged 35 or under.
The “YOUNG PROFESSIONALS” award is aimed at young professionals in the fields of acoustics and vibrations with at least two years of activity and not older than 35 years.

Applications to participate must be sent by registered letter with return receipt (the date of the postmark will be the proof) or PEC to the AIA Secretariat within the established deadlines.
